Amenzi Regimul Silvic - Google Play

"Forestry Fines" is a practical tool for quick consultation of forestry legislation, designed for situations in which you need to identify an act, check the applicable sanction or more easily write the description of a contravention.

The application includes a fast search engine and a structured database, so that important information can be found without manually browsing extensive legislative texts.

You can search by act, article, fine, common words or other relevant elements, and for each provision the information is presented in a clear and easy-to-use form.

Main functions:

contraventions provided for by Law no. 171/2010, with the act, the article that provides it, the article that sanctions it, the amount of the fine and half of the minimum fine;

relevant offenses provided for by Law no. 331/2024 - Forestry Code, presented separately from the contraventions;
specific measures, consequences, special conditions and general rules applicable, where these result from the law;
the competence of the ascertaining agents, displayed separately for easier verification;
alerts for special situations, such as volume or percentage thresholds, prior notifications, exceptions or situations in which a possible criminal classification must be verified;
assisted generator for the description of the report, adapted to the selected contravention and the data entered by the user;
automatic consistency checks, which can signal when the values or circumstances entered do not correspond to the selected sanction;
Favorites and Recent, for quick access to frequently used provisions;
copying and distribution of the complete provision, including the act, sanction, measures and competence;
offline operation, with database updating when an internet connection is available.

The report generator does not mechanically reproduce the text of the contravention. It offers a narrative model, adapted to the selected situation, which can be completed and modified according to the actual findings in the field.

If you want to quickly find a sanction, check a volume threshold, consult the jurisdiction or more easily draft the factual situation, "Forestry Regime Fines" concentrates this information in one place.
